Recently, we released two integration paths with CargoWise:
one developed in-house by CubiQ, and another built by the amazing WiseTech Global team.
Below, I’d like to walk you through how each integration works, what problems they solve, and why CubiQ is a strong match if your operation needs dimensioning, automation, and digitalization.
1. The CubiQ-Developed CargoWise Integration
Our approach is simple:
use CubiQ devices to generate all operational data at the source and push it directly into CargoWise.
This means fewer manual steps, faster processing, and higher data accuracy.
What does this integration do?
- Warehouse Receipts created directly from CubiQ
Every time a pallet or cargo is received, the Warehouse Receipt can be created automatically.
This can also be connected to RTU for TSA compliance and full traceability. - Images uploaded automatically to eDocs
All cargo images are captured once and stored directly where they belong. - Ultra-fast label printing (MQTT Printer Service)
Reduce waiting time and print labels seconds faster, right at the operation point. - OCR-based Consignee & Consignor matching
Our OCR technology reads labels and automatically matches Consignee and Consignor using CubiQ’s matching engine. - Automatic “Arrived” status via RTU
Cargo status updates happen without manual intervention. - Custom CargoWise entities mapped into CubiQ
This enables custom workflows, data capture, and operational logic directly in the CubiQ interface. - CubiQ White-Label Customer Portal
A single screen where your customers can view all cargo information in real time. - Supported warehouses
- Product Warehouse

Scan and upload documents directly from CubiQ, automatically stored in eDocs. - Document AI (optional)
We currently extract ~200 entities from:- Bill of Lading
- Packing List
- Commercial Invoice
All extracted data can be mapped directly into CargoWise. - Sorter & CubiQ Line integration
Enables capture, validation, and comparison of specific cargo attributes.
(We’re actively improving this for faster deployment and scalability.)
This is just the foundation — several additional features are already in development to further optimize the workflow.
2. The CargoWise (WiseTech) CubiQ Integration
CargoWise has also delivered an excellent integration, currently available for CubiQ One and CubiQ X / XL.
Key capability: PDA-driven workflows
- Cargo information is captured directly from a PDA
- The PDA triggers a real-time measurement on the CubiQ device
- Captured data is automatically populated into CargoWise, including:
- Dimensions
- Weight
- Images
- OCR results (currently enabled)
Future enhancements from CargoWise will continue expanding this integration, further simplifying field operations.
