DTPS (Drive-Through Pallet Scanner) is a dynamic pallet dimensioner designed to scan cargo while it is being transported by a forklift.
Unlike static dimensioning systems, DTPS works in motion, delivering accurate measurements and rich metadata in real time.

It is ideal for warehouses looking to:

How DTPS Works

To achieve high accuracy at full operational speed, DTPS combines:

Two DTPS Versions, Built for Different Operational Needs

1. DTPS with Barcode & OCR Reader

This version is designed for operations where automatic identification is critical.

Key capabilities:

• Reads barcodes placed on any visible face of the cargo
• Uses autofocus optics combined with solid-state mirrors
• Mirrors dynamically move and scan cargo as it passes through the system
• Reads up to 200 barcodes per second
• Performs 20 scans per second while cargo is in motion

This makes DTPS one of the fastest and most flexible identification systems available for palletized cargo.

2. DTPS Without Barcode Reader

For customers who prefer alternative identification methods, DTPS also offers a version without the barcode/OCR module — without sacrificing automation.

This version includes two powerful alternatives:

Option 1: PDA Integration
Operators can manually ingest barcodes using our PDA solution, keeping workflows flexible and simple.

Option 2: WMS / ERP Integration via MQTT
DTPS can receive real-time forklift and cargo identification updates directly from your WMS or ERP using our MQTT update service — fully automated, no manual input required.
